Mandatec AG has been manufacturing mechanical components and assemblies for customers in the fields of mechanical engineering and hydraulics for over 30 years. Our high degree of automation and standardisation allows us to produce and supply our customers with ready-to-install and cost-efficient precision parts from a batch size of one. In addition to complete cubic machining using 5-axis milling, surface grinding and 3D measuring, we complete our range of services with high-pressure water jet washing at pressures of up to 850 bar. This is also complemented with residual dirt analysis for documenting technical component cleanliness in accordance with VDA 19.1 and ISO16232.
